Westshore Secondary provides alternate education for at-promise youth at their two campuses in Colwood and Sooke. Teachers working with these students provide social emotional learning as well as mental health strategies to build rapport and support these students while providing differentiated learning for students in a cohort model or individual learning program model. Both program models include multi-course/age/grade and may involve on-line learning

The starting annual salary for this teaching position ranges from $58,635 to $106,217, with placement on the range based on length of service and qualifications in accordance with the collective agreement.  We also offer a competitive benefits package and pension.
