 Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a territory business plan, utilizing and leveraging territory reports to identify emerging trends and strategize accordingly.
  • Managing and developing relationships with key accounts within the territory
  • Effectively manage sales of both injectables & skincare portfolio
  • Deliver sales message/presentation in an organized and effective manner
  • Demonstrate exceptional product and competitive knowledge and use effectively in planning and implementing sales
  • Ensure full compliance of all business hygiene related activities to include (but not limited to); expense reporting, entering calls in Merz CRM, online module training, sample reporting and management. Adhering to all compliance protocols as it relates to Customer activities
  • Strong collaboration across the Aesthetics team to drive portfolio sales/growth.

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years proven sales experience in a business to business environment with documented success
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Exceptional selling and training skills
  • Demonstrated experience in managing key accounts and understanding the customer’s business and needs
  • Individual must have excellent interpersonal and oral/written communication skills and be able to work independently
  • Ability to establish strong relationships
  • Ability to drive sales results in given geographies
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task effectively
  • Skilled in MS Office
  • Must be bilingual English/French

 

Working Conditions:

  • Role can include a high level of flexible work Special working conditions can vary from evening and weekend work to attend conferences and special events.
  • Role requires a large amount of travel to cover region. This can include overnight travel, extended time driving and/or necessity for flying to designated territory
