The Account Marketing Manager role will report into the Director, Brand Strategy Canada, located in Markham, ON. This role uses all levers necessary to drive sell-through of YETI products and ensure a premium brand presence among Canadian Key Accounts. Key to this is ensuring that YETI products and brand are well represented and promoted throughout retail customers’ stores, digital, social platforms, and events. This role will work across multiple functional areas including internal sales and operations, finance, marketing, product management, creative services, and external agencies as well as key customers.
Responsibilities:
· Secure the highest share of space, within key destination doors and locations.
· Plan effective omni-channel product launches at Key Accounts, effectively leveraging and synchronizing in-store and digital.
· Build meaningful and collaborative partnerships across YETI Marketing, Product, and Sales and key customer touchpoints. Maintain a communication cadence with cross-functional stakeholders.
· Execute POS, elevated brand spaces, end caps, and fixture programs from creation, prototyping, shipping, to installation.
· Own dealer employee training and motivation initiatives.
· Develop, audit and measure the effectiveness of account activation plans, striving for innovative and premium merchandising and digital marketing initiatives.
· Ensure Sales and YETI dealers are up to date and aligned on initiatives, including driving deployment of YETI’s in-store assets.
· Drive Marketing process, templates, deliverables and timelines for all market-related milestones for the Key Account business including feedback mechanisms for continuous improvement.
· Own the end-to-end GTM process, milestones, plan, and calendar in collaboration with Key Accounts and internal Sales Managers.
· Partner with Global teams on retail concepts and visual merchandising to curate a premium and consistent consumer experience.
· Develop and support financial planning needs and budgets to enable the Wholesale sales growth plan.
· Liaise with Global to align with all processes and deliver market efficiency.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree required
· 5-8 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience
· Bilingual in English and French considered an asset
· Retailer, Brand or Brand agency marketing experience preferred
· Demonstrated knowledge and experience of retail marketing/visual merchandising
· Experience managing relationships with customers or vendors
· Highly collaborative with strong written and verbal communication skills
· Excellent project management skills with a strong ability to prioritize
· Familiarity of current technology, trends and best practices in retail and digital marketing
