Position Overview:
As a Customer Sales Representative, you will learn all of the industry’s latest promotional sales techniques. You will receive hands-on training from top managers and staff to show you how to deepen customer connections to our client’s cutting-edge products and services while also providing them with the best-in-class service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enhance the customer experience by establishing enduring connections with clients and offering top-notch customer support.
- Show the customer how our clients' technology can improve and make their lives easier.
- Use live product demonstrations to highlight our clients' newest offerings in certain residential regions (hot sales only!). Only clients who have expressed interest in our client's goods and services will be contacted by you.
- Have a student mentality and be willing to learn.
- Coachable, receptive to criticism, and constantly seeking methods to get better
- Have a strong work ethic and the desire to perform at a high level.

As a CSR you will:
- Listen, understand, and take quick action. Like all of us, customers just want someone to listen and help get their problems solved. You'll do both.
- Assist customers in selecting the products and services that best suit their technology and communications goals and help to set up the account.
- Process upgrades, downgrades, and new product purchases, and facilitate delivery and installation efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain excellent time management and professional customer service at all times, and be able to balance multiple projects and responsibilities.

Qualifications:
- Must be able to communicate fluently in English
- A university degree or college diploma in communications, marketing, public relations or a related field preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and presentation skills
- Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work at the speed of the business and meet tight deadlines
- Keen attention to detail and very process-oriented
- Travel to on-site promotional advertising & marketing areas will be required
