About the Role
Weโ€™re looking for a customer-focused and highly organized Customer Service Representativeย to join our team! In this role, youโ€™ll be the main point of contact for clients, partners, and management. Youโ€™ll handle inquiries, maintain records, and provide excellent support while following company policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet with and respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Document client interactions and maintain accurate records.
  • Gather and organize information for reports (training provided).
  • Communicate client feedback and concerns to management.
  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies.
  • Follow up with partners and log all interactions in a timely manner.
What Weโ€™re Looking For
  • 3+ years of customer service, administrative, or related experience preferred โ€“ training available
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle challenges professionally and find solutions.
  • Comfortable working independently and within a team.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset.
