Our client is an emerging company in HR Tech SaaS, bringing gig economy tools to small and medium sized businesses across North America. With the current labour shortages and need for companies to be more efficient - our client is the goto solution for SMBs. Any organization managing non-desk workers is a potential customer of our clients!

Our client is building up some great momentum and we are accelerating quickly. As such, we are looking for creative and highly motivated people to join our product development team. As one of the initial members of our small and nimble team, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute in a big way to every aspect of evolving our product. Our market is the entire world and we have aspirations of becoming the go-to market leader.

Who We Are Looking For

• You’re a highly motivated person looking to work in a fast-paced startup environment

• You have relevant experience building Web applications professionally, preferably on our tech stack but having familiarity with other modern Web technologies is just as fine

What You’ll Be Contributing To

• You’ll design, conceptualize, test and build new features for our growing customer base
  
• You’ll be actively involved in many facets of developing our product, including brainstorming, user experience, planning and prioritization
  
• You’ll assist in supporting our customers when needed
  
• You’ll help define and improve our core engineering standards
  

Our Tech Stack

• Backend: Python / Django, Postgres, Redis
  
• Frontend: Typescript / Angular
  
• Frontend (mobile app): Typescript / Angular / Ionic for the mobile app
  
• We run everything on AWS in Docker containers

Our client offers competitive compensation as well as a potential participation in our stock options plan. We work mostly remotely but regularly meet in person in our office steps from the Atwater market by the Lachine Canal, in the Montreal Griffintown area, and our work schedule is flexible.
