What we will accomplish together:

    • Fuel Ecosystem Growth & Partnerships:
    • Hunt and close strategic partnerships that supercharge Flow’s growth—from VCs to major blockchain players.
    • Develop go-to-market strategies for Flow’s most exciting projects, ensuring they launch with impact.
    • Align investment opportunities with ecosystem needs, creating a win-win environment for builders, investors, and users.

    • Investor & Partner Relationship Magic:
    • Build and nurture relationships with top-tier venture capital firms, hedge funds, and institutional investors—become the go-to connector in Web3.
    • Manage existing relationships across partners and IR portfolio. 
    • Experience in relationship management with traditional financial institutions and centralized exchanges.
    • Design and execute creative engagement strategies that make Flow stand out in the blockchain investment space.
    • Be the face of Flow at conferences, investor forums, and exclusive networking events, securing high-value partnerships.

    • Fundraising & Growth Strategies:
    • Develop investment proposals, pitch decks, and financial models that fuel Flow’s expansion.
    • Negotiate and structure fundraising narratives that can create strategic deals, making sure we stay ahead of the game.

    • Market Intel & Competitive Edge:
    • Stay ahead of capital flows, market trends, and Web3 investment behavior to inform our strategy and provide actionable data to help Flow outmaneuver the competition and dominate the space.

    • A storyteller who can craft compelling investment narratives and communicate them like a pro.
    • Strong financial acumen with experience in investment modeling, deal structuring, and market analysis.
