Human Resources Specialist (Permanent, Full-time)

Location: Peterborough, ON (Hybrid Work Arrangement) 

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Rate of Pay: Dependent on experience

As a Human Resources Specialist, you will specialist in:

• Spearhead the talent acquisition process for both internal and external recruitment, collaborating with hiring managers to identify top talent aligning with Kawartha's culture and goals.
• Lead the health and safety program, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, and fostering a culture of safety within Kawartha.

Qualifications Required:

• Post-secondary education with emphasis in Human Resource Management
• Two years experience in recruitment and selection
• Completion of the Certified Human Resources Professional designation and working towards Certified Human Resources Leader designation
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Good knowledge in Microsoft Office products
• Occasional travel may be required
