Our client in the Hamilton region is looking to add an Insurance Operations Manager to their growing team.
They are a family owned business with roots in the community for over 40 years.
They have many long time staff, but also with their growth, a youthful feel, the are a welcoming team.
You would have oversight of a team of 17 Commercial and Personal Lines Account Managers, as well as a Commercial Team Lead.
This role is for you if you have deep knowledge and understanding of a variety of Commercial Lines products and sectors with an understanding of Personal Lines Products, they are Commercial heavy so that is the majority of the team.
Experience in developing and implementing training and development is essential and streamlining workflows, inspiring and motivating your team.
You will delegate minor issues to the Commercial Team Lead with the knowledge that Senior management will assist as requested.
Leadership experience is essential to succeed in this role, as you will be managing and developing a team of 17 direct reports.
