Integris Insurance Services is growing and is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Insurance Representative Level 1 or 2,  to join the team at our Prince George River Point Branch!

The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, adept at multitasking, and skilled in prioritizing tasks effectively. We're seeking candidates with 6 months to 2 years of experience in both customer service and the insurance industry, currently holding a Level I License. Experience in Auto/ Home/ ICBC and commercial insurance is preferred. Additionally, we welcome candidates new to the insurance industry who are willing to obtain licensing, within 6-months of hire as we're prepared to provide the required training for the right candidate.

Salary range for a Level 1 Insurance Representative: $21.01 to $25.96 per hour.

Salary range for a Level 2 Insurance Representative: $23.11 to $28.12 per hour

Main accountabilities include 

  • Member Servicing: Assist members with insurance needs, process transactions, resolve account errors, balance daily cash, and book appointments as needed. Refer complex issues to the appropriate staff.
  • Service & Sales: Identify client needs, provide basic insurance information, cross-sell products, promote credit union services, and meet sales and referral goals.
  • Product Knowledge: Manage auto insurance, licensing transactions, ICBC batching, and personal lines tasks, including renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and changes.
  • Support & Back-Up: Post payments, order supplies, provide administrative support (e.g., filing, mail, deposits), maintain inventory, and ensure the branch and surroundings are organized.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment.
