Qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate comfortable with different people.

• Sales experience is not required, we provide training and support.

• Amenable to work in a remote setting but office like set-up.

• Well-organized – able to work on multiple clients at once.

• Knowledge in handling insurance policies highly favor but not required.

• Must be willing to get insurance license (recommended but not required— as we provide assistance in obtaining a license).

Job Description:

• Respond to client inquiries and provide expert guidance. Perform sales activities according to regulatory guidelines and ethical standards in the insurance industry.

• Recommend appropriate life insurance solutions. Identify cross-selling or upselling opportunities based on the changing needs of the existing clients.

• Help clients apply for policies, answer queries, and provide support all throughout the process. Build an expert knowledge base to provide value to clients.

• Build and maintain relationships with client by understanding client needs. Build long-term relationships with customers that engender loyalty and referrals. Keep detailed records of client interaction, sales activity, and progress.

• Navigate complex insurance issues with strong problem-solving skills. Ability to think creatively and embrace ownership to create/improve logical workflows across the organization.

• Continuing education can keep you up to date on changes to insurance regulations, products, and sales methods.

• Communicate effectively using virtual tools like Zoom & Teams.
