IT Solutions Account Manager
You research the market and understand our industry landscape. You will proactively engage with our client organizations, develop relationships, and anticipate their upcoming needs for IT subject matter experts. Your activities may include the following:
o Proactively
calling new clients to learn about emerging IT projects
o Responsible
for controlling the sales process from the initial stages of finding a
prospect, managing a funnel, presenting offers, closing the business,
onboarding and then managing that relationship.
o Comfortable
working with, and presenting to, IT executives within our client organizations and
prospects.
o Collaborate
on the development of our future business models and services.
o Acquire
knowledge of evolving IT global trends by following industry news.
o Develop
account and relationship management strategies in order to gain “insider
status” to protect the account from any competitive activity.
o Communicate
and coordinate with our internal resource specialist to keep them abreast of
future client needs to fulfill client resource needs.
o College
or university degree in Business Administration, Information Management, Human
Resources, or Psychology.
o Ability
to conduct online or in-person interviews technical.
o Familiarity
with social media and professional networks.
o Professional
and mature communication and social skills to interact with business
executives, take note of client project requirements, and keep clients updated
on our progress.
o Strategic
thought process
o Proficiency
in the use of Microsoft office tools such as Outlook, Word, and Excel
