Job Overview

Green FX Landscaping Inc. is looking for a hardworking and reliable Landscape Laborer/Driver to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, is eager to learn, and is willing to hustle alongside a dedicated crew. No prior experience? No problem. We are open to training individuals who bring a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.

As a Labourer/Driver, you will assist with a variety of landscaping tasks, including sod installation, interlock paving, retaining wall construction, mowing, and snow clearing in the winter months. This role also requires driving company trucks and towing trailers, making a valid Full G-class driver's license a must. • Drive company trucks and tow trailers safely
• Operate skid steers, zero-turn mowers, and other landscaping equipment
• Install sod, interlock paving, and retaining walls
• Perform planting, material handling, and grading
• Mow lawns, trim edges, de-weed, and collect leaves
• Clear hard surfaces of debris and keep job sites clean
• Assist with snow clearing and ice management
• Apply anti-icing and salting treatments
• Collect and report site visit data
• Monitor and maintain equipment and vehicles
• Train and support other team members as needed
• Landscape maintenance responsibilities

• Valid Full G-Class Driver's License (Required)
• Willingness to upgrade Driver's License
• Hardworking, reliable, and eager to learn
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work in outdoor conditions
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Physically fit to work in all weather conditions
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings and weekends
• Experience with landscaping equipment is a plus (but not required, we will train you)

• Monday through Friday, with required occasional Saturday work based on project demands.
• Winter availability required (24/7 on-call as needed for snow removal)
