About the work environment:

Peoples Group offers a flexible and hybrid work environment. In this role you will work a combination of in-office and remotely from home. Typically, you'll be working regular business hours, Monday to Friday between 8:00am and 4:30pm with flexibility around start & end times.

About you:

As a nCino Salesforce Administrator, you will be responsible for building on and maintaining our current nCNcino and Salesforce environments.  You would work within a product squad with other cross functional experts to deliver the application roadmap and serve as the subject matter expert on nCino and Salesforce and its best practices on how to implement the needs of our stakeholders.   

About the qualifications:

• Minimum 3+ years in nCino Administration and support 
• Salesforce Certified Administrator certification – must have 
• nCino 201 Commercial Banking Functional Certification – must have 
• nCino 301 Commerical Banking Configuration – certified or working towards completion 
• nCino Platform Certification – nice to have 
• Knowledge of SQL/SOQL or related Database Experience 
• Knowledge of integration products such as Informatica, Workato, MuleSoft an asset 
•  Knowledge of DocuSign and Equifax  
•  Knowledge of CI/CD Pipelines (Bitbucket, Git, Github) 
• Excellent problem solving, decision-making, and interpersonal skills 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences 

About the day-to-day:

• Participate in agile rituals such as stand ups, reviews, and retrospectives
• Be the primary point of contact for all things technical related to the development & management of functionality on our nCino platform
• New Features & Enhancements
• Solution for new features & functionality using nCino & Salesforce best practices
• Create and manage custom objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, custom workflow, and approval processes.
• Design, document, build, test, and deploy enhancements to nCino/Salesforce custom objects, page layouts, workflows, alerts, reports, and complex dashboards
• Design, document, build, test, and deploy integrations utilized by nCino/Salesforce to internal and external services
• Ongoing Operational Support
• Develop and maintain operational processes to improve overall system quality and integrity and ensure ongoing maintenance
• Maintaining user roles and profiles, security settings, access settings
