As a Growth Marketer, you will focus on scaling and optimizing marketing strategies to acquire leads. You will test new channels, measure campaign performance, and execute data-driven initiatives to fuel our growth. This is an exciting opportunity for a performance-focused marketer with a few years of experience in B2B SaaS to take on a high-impact role and help shape the future of our company.
Note: This is a part-time opportunity for someone based in Canada. If you are based in Vancouver, you are also welcome to work from our beautiful Gastown office.
RequirementsWho you are
- 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or demand generation in a B2B SaaS context
- Analytical and data-driven, with a strong understanding of KPIs and marketing metrics
- Skilled in running campaigns across paid channels (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook) and organic strategies
- Familiar with A/B testing, funnel optimization, and marketing automation tools
- Experienced in leveraging tools like Google Analytics and HotJar for website optimization
- Experience with outbound multi-channel campaigns for lead generation
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, experiment-driven environment
- Strong verbal and written communicator, able to align teams and articulate strategies clearly
- Curious, resourceful, and proactive in identifying and testing new growth opportunities
Bonus points for
- Experience using WordPress and/or Hubspot
- Experience scaling partnerships or referral programs
- Knowledge of B2B SaaS marketing industry trends
What you'll do
- Design, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns to drive lead generation
- Collaborate with the content team to create content and leverage existing content for building a lead generation engine that produces consistent and repeatable results
- Develop and refine the marketing funnel, working closely with sales to ensure smooth handoffs and maximize conversions
- Test and iterate on new growth channels, measuring impact and doubling down on successful strategies
- Implement A/B tests and conversion rate optimization strategies across landing pages, emails, and paid campaigns
- Analyze campaign performance and report on key metrics, providing actionable insights to improve ROI
- Stay ahead of industry trends to continually innovate and refine growth strategies
