Our client is a well-respected professional services firm located in the heart of Downtown Vancouver, and they are seeking a talented Payroll and Benefits Administrator to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all employees are paid accurately and on time, while also managing their comprehensive benefits package.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment, and will be able to juggle multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy. You will be responsible for processing payroll, preparing reports, and reconciling accounts, while also managing our benefits program and ensuring that our employees have access to the best possible benefits.
Job Duties:
To be considered for this role, you should have at least 3 years of experience working in payroll and benefits administration, and should have a strong understanding of payroll processing software. You should also be detail-oriented, have excellent communication skills, and be able to work well both independently and as part of a team.
