What you’ll do: You will be responsible for delivering legendary service to make all guests of our Co-op feel “at home here” through:
- Provide excellent customer service by providing information, pricing and with product knowledge
- Prepare, wrap and price deli and bakery products
- To maintain and merchandise Bakery/Deli displays
- Operate, maintain, monitor and clean Bakery/Deli Equipment
- Take and help prepare orders such as Deli Trays, sandwiches, muffins, cupcakes, cookies, etc.
- General Food Store duties as required - Unload freight, stock and merchandise stocking, receiving, ordering, opening, closing, operate POS system etc.
Who you are: You are interested in a career in customer service and:
- You have excellent Customer Service, problem solving, interpersonal and communications skills
- You’re honest and trustworthy, are results-oriented and strive to be the best in what you do.
- You believe in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most, and you recognize the value that different perspectives bring to meet shared objectives.
- You are willing to work all shifts scheduled including evenings, holidays and weekends.
- You are physically able to do heavy lifting of 50 lbs, climb ladders and kneel
- You have or are willing to obtain a Food Safe Certificate
