Position Overview

As a Recruitment Consultant in the Construction and Engineering Division, you will identify, access, and secure high-caliber candidates who align with the strategic goals and values of our clients. This dynamic role involves navigating though the competitive talent market, building strong relationships with both clients and candidates, and providing strategic insights to ensure the perfect match that propels organizational success.

What You Will Do

• Talent Identification and Assessment: Build and maintain a robust network of industry professionals, executives, and potential candidates through effective networking, attending events, and leveraging online platforms. This involves navigating through the competitive talent market, building strong relationships with both clients and candidates, and providing strategic insights to ensure the perfect match that propels organizational success.
• Network and Relationship Management: Build and maintain a robust network of industry professionals, executives, and potential candidates through effective networking, attending events, and leveraging online platforms.
• Corporate Development: Drive Corporate Development by actively and proactively fostering robust client relationships, understanding their organizational needs, and collaborating to create customized recruitment strategies aligned with their goals. Strive to secure a minimum of two new search assignments each month to contribute significantly to Executrade's growth.
• Strategic Partner: Provide strategic advisory services to clients, offering insights into market trends and talent availability. Transition from a service provider to a strategic partner by aligning recruitment strategies with client goals and fostering long-term relationships.
• Compliance with Standards: Adhere to Executrade’s processes and best practices, while maintaining a high level of professionalism throughout the recruitment process by utilizing the relevant templated documentation.

What You Will Bring to the Role

• Proven experience as a recruiter in the staffing industry, with a track record of successfully sourcing and placing candidates with specialized technical expertise in construction and engineering.
• 3-5 years of direct subject matter expertise in the construction and engineering industry. Experience in the oil and gas sector will be considered an additional asset.
• You have worked in a KPI – metrics focused company for 3+ years and have excelled with exceeding expectations.
• Desire to be in a results-oriented environment.

• Commitment to customer service and continuing to build relationships.
