Key Responsibilities:
â Engage with inbound leads and turn phone and internet inquiries into showroom visits.
â Follow up with potential buyers using phone, email, and text.
â Deliver exceptional customer service, guiding clients through the RV buying journey.
â Use CRM tools to manage lead pipelines and track customer interactions.
â Work closely with the finance and service teams to ensure smooth sales transactions.
Qualifications:
â Proven success in phone sales, inside sales, or business development.
â Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
â Ability to quickly learn product knowledge and present value effectively.â Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
