About the Role
We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated Sales Representative to enhance the Sales team based in Ontario. This is a hunter’s role with a strong desire to close.
The individual will lead and participate in all aspects of the sales cycle, including generating leads, driving opportunities, managing prospect relationships, and closing new business in Ontario and East. This position requires an entrepreneurial mindset to identify and reach prospects and an individual who has experience in B2B sales.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter, and a results-oriented team player with high social intelligence and a natural inclination for selling, who understands the value and importance of targets and driving towards deliverables.
The individual will have an understanding and experience with Consultative Selling. They will be highly driven and value the benefit of being part of an agile, growing team.
As this is a hybrid role, the successful candidate will be based in the GTA and will be required to come into our head office at least 2-3 days a week.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Adhering to a sales strategy plan to meet/exceed monthly KPIs of net new locations and active users.
- Nurturing pipeline through prospecting, meeting, attending conferences/events, calling, emailing, etc.
- Maintaining your strong pipeline of qualified leads and track progress in HubSpot CRM to ensure sales opportunities are being closed at a high success rate.
- Understand and work in all aspects of the sales cycle, including qualifying, presentations, demonstrations, RFP responses, negotiations, and the closing process.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the territory by creating and maintaining a database of current and potential prospects.
- Maintain the highest level of customer and partner satisfaction within the accounts in your territory.
- Maintain a positive, professional attitude and demonstrate the company’s Core Values.
- Provide clear documentation and record keeping of client interaction.
- Keeping up with XTM product and service information and updates.
What You Bring to the Table
- Minimum high school diploma/GED.
- Previous experience in B2B Saas sales
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CRM software.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Excellent phone and cold calling skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Strong listening and sales skills.
- Ability to achieve targets.
- Ability to build team morale and a positive culture.
You’ll Get Bonus Points For
- Degree or diploma in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry.
- Experience using a CRM software as part of the sales process, specifically Hubspot.
