THE PORTFOLIO COMPANY
 This role supports a diverse set of Elevation Capital portfolio companies across sectors, with a focus on building scalable talent infrastructure. These businesses are high-growth, founder-led, and performance-driven, requiring precision and agility across all operational functions. The Talent Operations team ensures recruiting excellence by bringing structure, data, and innovation to the hiring process across all business units.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
 As the Talent Operations Manager, you will support the VP of Talent Operations in building and optimizing scalable, data-driven recruiting systems and processes across Elevation Capital's high-growth portfolio. You will oversee the integrity of hiring data, manage operational reporting, and enhance the performance of recruiting tools and workflows.

This is not an HR generalist role-it is focused specifically on operational execution within recruiting, talent systems, analytics, and process design.

You will work across multiple business units and hiring teams to ensure best-in-class execution of recruiting initiatives, systems, and performance reporting.

 Not an HR Generalist - You are focused on recruiting operations, tools, and data-not benefits, compliance, or employee relations.
 Execution-Focused - You have a bias for action and thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own and manage hiring data across systems to ensure consistency, accuracy, and insight generation.

  • Produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly hiring reports and dashboards for executive review.

  • Monitor and improve talent KPIs such as time-to-fill, funnel conversion, and candidate experience metrics.

  • Maintain and optimize ATS usage, ensuring workflows, templates, and integrations support scalable recruiting.

  • Support hiring across the portfolio by coordinating tools, timelines, scorecards, and reporting.

  • Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and leadership teams to ensure process alignment.

  • Drive operational initiatives such as automation projects, tool evaluation, and best-practice documentation.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

  • 3-5 years of experience in talent operations, recruiting coordination, or people operations roles.

  • Strong proficiency with applicant tracking systems, reporting tools, and G-Suite.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects, systems, and data across multiple teams or business units.

  • Experience supporting or building talent infrastructure in high-growth or startup environments.

  • Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.


COMPENSATION
An aggressive base salary will be provided in this position, with an additional lucrative bonus plan based on performance. Full medical benefits are provided as part of this role. Options/equity will be provided to suitable candidates after completion of the first 90 days.
