Your Mission:    

• Provide direct oversight of warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to best
  practices.
• Supervise key warehouse functions, including:
  o Product receipt, inspection, and put-away.
  o Picking, checking, packing, and shipping of temperature-sensitive orders.
  o Management of shipping and general supply processes.
  o Reverse logistics, including cooler returns and oversight of the asset management
  program.
• Direct, train, and coordinate warehouse teams to optimize workflow and ensure timely order
  fulfillment.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely, efficient, and accurate
  deliveries with clear communication.
• Review and record national temperature data, ensuring proper submission for Quality
  Assurance and management approval.
• Coach, mentor, and support warehouse team members to enhance skills and job performance.
• Conduct performance evaluations for direct reports, provide feedback, and implement
  professional development plans.
• Implement and enforce standard operating procedures, work instructions, and ongoing training
  initiatives.
• Implement strategies to minimize drug losses both internally (adherence to best practices and
  conscientious culture) and externally (mitigating shipping losses and escalating concerns when
  necessary).

What You Bring to the Table:  

• Proven leadership experience in warehouse operations.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management and logistics.
  • Mid to Advanced Business Central and Excel Knowledge.
  • Complete understanding of Receiving/Shipping process.
  • Ability to maintain high work standards and concern for the quality of work.
  • Ability to function independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to coach, mentor, and conduct performance evaluations for direct reports.
  • Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe and compliant work environment.
  • Proficiency in Business Central or similar warehouse management systems.

Compensation: At BioScript, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package and is determined within a range. Our pay ranges are based on the local cost of labor benchmarks for each specific role, level, and geographic location.
