Your Role as a Warehouse Lead:
At EMCO Fire Protection Division, we are searching for a Warehouse Lead with a proven track record to oversee and actively participate in the efficient operations of our warehouse. As a pivotal figure in our team, you will ensure the smooth functioning of our warehouse activities and the satisfaction of our valued customers, including routing deliveries.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a dedicated warehouse team to achieve peak performance, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
Delivery Routing: Effectively plan and route deliveries to optimize efficiency and on-time deliveries.
Safety: Uphold and enhance warehouse safety protocols, promoting a secure working environment for all team members.
Inventory Control: Implement and maintain effective inventory control measures to optimize stock levels and minimize discrepancies.
Quality Assurance: Monitor and maintain product quality standards to ensure customer satisfaction.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements, cost efficiencies, and productivity improvements within the warehouse.
Collaboration: Liaise with various departments, including sales and customer service, to streamline order processing and fulfillment.
Training: Contribute to the development and training of warehouse personnel to enhance their skills and capabilities.
