We are currently looking for a Wills & Estates Lawyers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a passionate and hard-working lawyer in good standing, with 2-3 years of practice specific experience in estate planning, administration and litigation. Associates at Hummingbird Lawyers enjoy an open environment where collegiality and support are baked into the culture. You will be encouraged and supported to develop yourself into a top-class lawyer within the estates practice area, being provided mentorship in the legal practice and business development.
Compensation includes a competitive salary based on your experience plus an industry leading, transparent bonus structure that opens an unlimited compensation ceiling. Benefits include the ability to incorporate some hybrid work, health insurance, dental coverage, AD&D insurance, life insurance, vacation and social events.
Office hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, but lawyers are expected to meet all deadlines and professional expectations.
Requirements: 2 years plus experience working in Estates (not including articling)
