We are currently seeking a dynamic, hard-working and self-motivated people to fill our position of Administrative Assistant Position in the Ontario area.
The ideal candidate will be confident, self-motivated, and detail oriented.
This position will specialize in invoicing and reconciling billing for one of our largest clients.
* Must have at least intermediate level skill with the Microsoft Office suite (specifically Microsoft Excel and Office)
* Assorted office tasks such as filing, copying, scanning, etc.
* Provides complex and varied administrative support
* Calculate and submit expense reports
* Perform other administrative and support duties as directed by the manager
* Maintain confidential files, correspondence and other documents
* Ability to learn processes and systems quickly
* Collaborates well with others
* Excellent multitasking skills including in demanding situations
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
* Intermediate level ability in Excel
* Will seek out answers to any questions or problems that arise
* Professional telephone voice and skills
* Takes accountability for assignments
* Shows attention to detail, time management, and is punctual
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent customer service.
* High school diploma. Additional certification is a plus.
