AltaGas - Analyst, Learning & Talent Programs
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and creative Talent & Learning Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a critical part supporting the implementation of learning programs, coordinating our talent processes, and ensuring a seamless experience for our stakeholders. You Will:
Learning & Development:
Coordinate leadership and employee learning programs as they are designed including on site learning support for program offerings: planning, scheduling, registration, material preparation
Work with external partners to arrange facilitation, logistics etc. for in person offerings and provide support for remote learning offerings
Curate, coordinate, and manage learning content, including licensing and vendor relationships and invoicing
Build and administer surveys and compile insights to track the effectiveness of learning programs
Provide session support, including supporting experiential activities and breakouts
Manage and conduct transition for new or updated learning programs into our LMS (Workday)
Manage Workday LMS day to day
Ensure a user-focused experience in the design of learning materials, catering to a variety of audiences, including senior leadership
Talent Development:
Support in coordination and execution (implementation) of cyclical talent programs including performance cycle and succession planning often including supporting the preparation of presentations and status reporting
Support talent team with key artifact creation and evolution as it pertains to the Talent and Learning enterprise strategies
Coordinate talent cycle activities in partnership with stakeholders
Handle performance cycle inquiries, including calendar timing and resource material coordination
Provide support with Workday status reporting on talent cycle activities
Create advanced, impactful PowerPoint presentations, synthesizing complex material into clear, compelling visuals and models, refining materials for maximum impact
Manage team talent documentation and oversee SharePoint
Assist in implementing talent programs and support related team activities as needed
You Have:
1-5 years of relevant experience
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines
High attention to detail
Strong execution mindset
Team player willing to take initiative and accountability as part of a high performing team
Proven ability to build relationships and network effectively across diverse groups
Communication with stakeholders and leaders at all levels (verbal, written)
Expertise in PowerPoint with advanced storytelling and visualization skills
Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel for data interpretation and visual representation (charts, graphs, etc.)
Strong problem-solving abilities, turning data into actionable insights
Adept at creating user-friendly, on-brand designs
