We are looking for an experienced Sales Representative to help our clients rent their properties. Advising our clients about market conditions as well as providing guidance and assistance through the process of leasing their property. To be successful as a Sales Representative, you should be proactive and have outstanding negotiation and problem solving skills. Please obtain a valid drivers license as well as your own reliable vehicle as you will be traveling to meet with our clients.
Responsibilities:
Attend in person meetings with property owners.
Explain our services to prospective clients.
Assess properties to ensure they are suitable for our tenants.
Reach and exceed monthly targets.
Bachelors Degree with 3 years of prior work experience in a related field or a high school Diploma with 4 years of prior work experience in a related field.
Must obtain a valid drivers license and your own reliable vehicle.
