The major function of this position is:

Provide support for shipping, customer service, and sunglass repair for Maui Jim Canada. 

Location: Mississauga - Ontario, Canada.

Pay: 18.00/hr.
 

Essential Duties:

• Pick, confirm, package and ship daily orders.

• Sort inbound parcels from carriers on a daily basis.

• Maintain at least minimum production and accuracy standards as set by Dept.

• Interface with Repair and Customer Service departments.

• Answer incoming service calls to satisfy customer needs.

• Professionally communicate over the phone with our retailers regarding shipment of sunglass orders.

• Key orders and data into the computer to develop work order.

• Maintain Demo and POP inventory.

• Communicate with internal support staff/event staff/event coordinators/and sales reps regarding event issues as necessary.

• Initiate event billings with support rep.

• Confirm pick lists of event billings.

• Discuss and solve discrepancies with support rep/event staff/sales reps as necessary.

• Communicate tracking #'s of shipments to event staff.

• Communicate with office manager to ensure outgoing event orders are approved by Accounting.

• Ship trade show materials, catalog kits and other non event order needs as requested.

• Prioritize workflow to ensure event shipments arrive on time and event billings are completed in a timely manner.

• Ensure accuracy of all event related tasks listed above.

Other Duties:

• Communicate ideas to supervisor and team to ensure department is moving toward goals.

• Communicate job flow to team lead/supervisor and work independently.

• Present flexibility and maturity in working with your team members.

• Perform all other work-related duties as requested or required. 

Desired Qualifications

As a guide, indicated below is the preferred education and experience for this position:

High school graduate with 1-2 years warehousing experience. SAP experience preferred.
