The Wealth Customer Service Administration Representative is the main point of contact for advisor and client inquiries which is critical to maintaining and conserving existing business. This role builds trust and reputation through strong relationships with various internal departments, advisors, and external clients through daily interactions while providing a consistent and seamless client experience.
How you will create impact:
- Build and maintain relationships with advisors and external clients through courteous and professional service
- Provide expert knowledge surrounding Provincial and Federal Legislations and ensure Canada Revenue guidelines and regulations are adhered to.
- Provide judgement, education support, bilingual service and advice to advisors, internal departments, clients, internal departments product knowledge, and determining the next steps that are in the best interest of the client for all Wealth product lines.
- Manage all incoming phone call and email inquiries in a timely manner and escalate questions and problems to the appropriate department as necessary, while ensuring compliance and regulations are adhered to.
- Application of knowledge used in the role to provide superior client service, process new applications, contractual and non-contractual changes, investigate requests, Annuities, RRIF, LIF, Tax adjustment, LLP, HBP, Financial hardships, withdrawal on unlocking options with all jurisdictions, maturities, investment option changes, and death claims.
- Facilitate solutions and resolve any errors regarding Wealth Products and process withdrawals, surrenders, transfers, contributions, applications, death claims, annuity processing, allocation changes, policy maintenance, policy set up, Welcome letters, on all Wealth product, marital breakdowns, spousal and survivor benefits.
- Process monthly reports, outstanding disbursement reports, apply payments, complete appropriate coding for reports and send applicable correspondence.

To join our team:
- 2 years of previous experience specific to the industry
- Knowledge of all Wealth products, related legislation, processes and systems is a definite asset
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative and use good judgement
- Working towards ACS or LOMA (FLMI) designation
- Bilingual verbal and written communication skills in English and French would be an asset
