The Customer Service Agent is responsible for attracting potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services and is responsible for processing orders, preparing correspondence and fulfilling customer needs to ensure they are satisfied.

Daily Responsibilities Include:

●      Greet customers with a smile and assist at rental and return.

●      Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards all customers at all times.

●      Offer products and services using positive selling techniques and dialogue.

●      Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.

●      Provide customers with clear, concise directions.

●      Inspect vehicle with customer at rental and return.

●      Solicit customer feedback on vehicle and experience at return.

●      Handle customer complaints both in person and over the phone.

●      Be up-to-date on the industry as well as being aware of competitors influence and performance.

●      Maintain a neat and organized work space.

Your Skills & Experience:

●      Must have an extremely positive attitude and provide references to speak to your customer service experience.

●      Must have a strong and demonstrated customer service acumen.

●      Must have the ability to motivate, inspire and recommend products to prospective customers in a friendly, approachable and genuine way.

●      Must have a demonstrated proficiency with computers and experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.

●      Must have a class 5 BC drivers license.

●      Experience in car & truck rental industry considered an asset but not required.

●      Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively within a team.
