About this opportunity:

• Assist in implementing, monitoring and managing digital marketing campaigns including Paid Social, Paid Search and Affiliates.
• Liaise with external agencies to optimise performance marketing campaigns ensuring they meet KPIs and budget requirements.
• Monitor campaign performance using analytical tools and provide actionable insights to improve KPIs.
• Deliver accurate and timely reports, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute digital marketing campaigns and provide actionable insights to the wider team to support data-driven decision-making and continuous optimisation.
• Apply a curious mindset to understand and analyse campaign performance, always seeking to learn and improve.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new features, and best practices.

You will bring:

• 2-3 year’s experience in a similar role.
• Tertiary qualification in Marketing or Business.
• Demonstrated experience in Digital Marketing including skills in Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Proven experience with running digital marketing/ performance strategies.
• Experience with Google Analytics and other reporting platforms.
• Prior experience of liaising with agencies or platforms.
• Ability to work across teams & influence cross-functionally.
• Has a strong work ethic and can do attitude.
• Effective time management skills and experience working within timelines and meeting tight deadlines.
• Strong communication skills that will be able to influence all team members and stakeholders no matter what position they hold.
• Problem solving skills that generate practical insights and solutions when they may arise.
• Takes a hands-on approach and is happy to get into the details.
