Position Overview:

As our Digital Marketing Genius, you will be responsible for developing and executing high-performing campaigns across multiple social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Google. Your primary goal will be to generate quality leads and drive appointments at a very low cost, ultimately contributing to our company’s growth.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google, and other relevant platforms.
  • Create compelling and engaging content that resonates with our target audience and drives conversions.
  • Produce high-quality visual and written content tailored to each platform, including videos, graphics, and copywriting.
  • Record yourself on video, confidently presenting our value proposition to be used in ads across various platforms.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to continuously improve results.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, content creation, and social media advertising.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure alignment on goals and strategies.
  • Innovate and test new strategies to reduce cost per lead and increase conversion rates.
  • Develop retargeting campaigns and strategies to nurture leads through the sales funnel.

 

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in digital marketing, with a focus on lead generation, content creation, and driving sales through social media platforms.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.
  • Experience with A/B testing, landing page optimization, and analytics tools.
  • Exceptional knowledge of ad platforms, including Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
  • Strong content creation skills, including graphic design, video production, and copywriting.
  • Comfortable and confident recording yourself on video to present our value proposition in a compelling way.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data-driven decision-making to optimize campaigns.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
