Training Overview
● Oversee Training and Development
● Update and organize company policies and procedures in regards to training, development and company culture
● Assess organizational training and development needs through surveys, interviews and
communication with employees.
● Stay up to date with the latest trends in learning and development
● Develop training plans and materials to fulfill specific training needs
● Host and facilitate various training groups
● Use various training formats including in person, virtual training, and videos
● Ensure compliance training needs are met
People Development
● Manage the People Development Program
● Maintain content and administrative details
● Ensure employee success and engagement rates
● Coordinate and help support special events, sponsorships and projects within our community
● Actively manages the Culture Committee and delegates roles and task efficiently
● Ensure sector programming aligns with Cloré Vivid Vision
Customer Relations
● Respond to escalated customer inquiries online and over the phone, including conflict resolutions
Staff Management
● Manage staff through training, support, motivation and assigning duties
● Provide leadership, ensuring exceptional people development administration, and handling employee suggestions or concerns
Reporting
● Reports to Human Resources Manager
● Minimum of 5 years retail experience
● Post-secondary education preferred
● Ability to effectively teach/develop others to the next level
● Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
● Strong communication skills and attention to detail
● Ability to interact and communicate with people clearly without personal bias
● Strong leadership skills
