We are seeking a dedicated Service Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring our high-quality HVAC equipment is supported throughout its lifecycle, from in-house testing to aftermarket technical support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive support for equipment in the field, ensuring proper servicing and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in running and testing heat pumps in the factory test stations.
  • Evaluate service representatives in various sales regions and establish service agreements.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for customer service technicians both on-site and in the field.
  • Conduct factory startups and commissioning of newly installed equipment.
  • Train local service technicians on proper startup and commissioning procedures.
  • Offer technical support to field technicians via phone and email.
  • Troubleshoot equipment and control systems.
  • Generate technical service bulletins and coordinate service parts distribution.
  • Provide feedback on service issues to the engineering and production teams.
  • Collaborate with engineering, production, and product management teams for product development and improvement.
  • Maintain knowledge of industry trends, including low-GWP solutions like CO2 and A2L refrigerants.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Prepare reports on unit performance and assist in root cause analysis for quality improvement.

Requirements

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Service Manager (required).
  • Extensive technical knowledge of refrigeration-based HVAC systems.
  • Ability to troubleshoot equipment effectively.
  • Proficient in working with controllers and instrumentation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and other relevant software tools.
