Reporting to the Director, Strategic Workforce Initiatives, the Lead, HR Experience Solutions will be responsible for overseeing and driving the successful delivery of HR projects across the organization. This role involves coordination and execution of projects to ensure alignment with organizational goals and HR strategies. The Lead will work closely with HR teams, cross-functional teams, and external partners to deliver high-impact projects on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of HR projects, ensuring they meet organizational objectives and strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with HR teams and other stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Ensure effective communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
  • Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues. Develop mitigation plans and ensure timely resolution to keep projects on track.
  • Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques. Provide regular status updates, performance reports, and project documentation to stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in HR project management. Drive innovation and efficiency in project delivery.
  • Lead change management efforts associated with HR projects, ensuring smooth transitions and adoption of new processes, systems, or initiatives.
  • Ensure all projects comply with organizational policies, industry regulations, and quality standards. Conduct regular audits and reviews to maintain high standards.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills. Ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • High attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in project deliverables.

Professional Experience:

  • Experience in HR project management or a related field, with a proven track record of successfully leading business process improvements.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Deep understanding of HR practices, policies, and procedures. Experience with HR systems and technologies is a plus.
