Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in adherence to policies and procedure. Actively promote safe production by crew members.
- Accountable to meet safety, production and budget targets
- Report for work fit and ready to engage in the day’s activities.
- By following directives and engaging as a team player, safely and efficiently perform daily duties.
- Inspect workings, headings, and construction for compliances to codes, regulations and standards
- Receive and communicate information from/to the Supervisor
- Deal with any unsafe condition immediately. Rectify or isolate and report.
Key Requirements:
Technical Competencies
- Completion of all relevant Common Core Specialty Modules or equivalent
- Thorough knowledge of all safety, health and environmental regulations and procedures as they pertain to the work and workplace
- Minimum 5 years experience in Mobile U/G Mine Production.
- Minimum 2 years experience on MacLean Bolters
