Position Overview:

What You'll Do:


1. Paid Social In-Housing and Programmatic Agency Management and Strategy

  • Overseeing campaign execution, optimization, and strategic planning with internal team and external agencies.
  • Ensuring alignment with business goals and KPIs.
  • Budget oversight and management, overseeing MPAs, POs, reporting to finance
  • Paid social in-housing transition and planning
  • Driving innovation, testing plan input and execution in partnership with Sr. Manager of Testing (Stephane)
  • Adhering to and adapting to creative best practices, creative team education
  • Liaison between vendors and CG ensuring CG is taking advantage of new formats, opportunities and guidance
  • Evergreen strategy and evolution
  • Identifying consumer trends and business opportunities in partnership with Trade and Merchandising teams
  • Spring PI and FY26 planning
  • Reporting on results for Digital Leadership Council, Trade meetings and to Regional leads


2. Affiliate Marketing Management

  • New vendor research / business development
    • New vendor research / business development
  • Work with PR and regional partners to determine key flat-fee partners or which partners to incentivize
  • Maintaining and growing relationships with affiliate partners.
  • Monitoring Affiliate Marketing program inbox and program applications
  • Expansion for Generations, legal amendments
  • Management of CJ Affiliate platform & relationship (legal, payments et al)
  • Reporting on results for Digital Leadership Council, Trade meetings and to Regional leads
  • Monitoring performance and implementing optimization strategies.
  • Flat-fee strategy and always-on commercial strategy
  • FY26 Roadmap

3. Management of marketing of payment partners (Klarna and Affirm, TBD on more)

  • Affirm
    • Co-funded dollars budget management/approvals
    • Campaign planning
    • Co-marketing strategy
    • Co-marketing material approvals
    • Market expansion strategy
  • Klarna
    • Campaign planning
    • Budget/co-funded dollars oversight and approvals
    • Co-marketing asset approval
  • Amex and other cc
    • Reporting to regional leadership
    • Managing partners
