The Marketing Generalist plays a crucial role in executing and managing marketing initiatives across multiple business units. This versatile role involves content creation, social media execution, email marketing, digital marketing, market research, and tradeshow support while ensuring alignment with business goals. The Marketing Generalist collaborates with multiple teams spanning the food, education, and staffing industries, working closely with external partners and agencies. Reporting to the Director of Marketing and working alongside the Senior Marketing Coordinator, this role requires creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements
- Post-Secondary education in Marketing and/or Communications.
- At least 2+ years of related work experience preferably in a service-based B2B environment.
- Experience with digital and non-digital marketing strategies.
- Proven experience with creating social media tactics and presence.
- Experience with Search Engine Optimization (SEO) techniques and tactics, as they relate to website content and structure.
- Experience with video editing and productionโpractical experience in creating and editing video content.
- Proficiency with designing and executing marketing material using Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop) and Canva.
- Proficiency with HubSpot for marketing automation and customer relationship management.
- Experience using WordPress for web developmentโpractical experience in managing websites.
- Experience using Constant Contact, Mailer Lite, and MailChimp is considered an asset.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
