The Office Assistant has a flexible role that provides support to our Office Managers in administration related to expenses, payroll, receiving, and inventory.
Responsibilities
Use the latest ERP software system to specialize in the daily administration of purchase orders, shipments, inventory integrity, and exflow
Communicate with vendors, head office accounting, and associates to ensure documents are processed in a timely manner
Be the point of contact for uniforms and inquiries
Daily cash balancing
Creating reports and files as required
Completing daily timecards for payroll and keying schedules
Cover the Customer Service Deskβs breaks and/or lunches
Perform administrative duties for the Office Manager as required
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
Qualifications
Should be a team and result-oriented driven person
Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail and a sense of urgency
Ability to solve problems and work under pressure with minimal supervision
Have knowledge about customer service best practices
