Partner Sales Enablement Associate Manager
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive coaching and training to new Sub-Dealer Partner locations on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service best practices.
• Conduct regular site visits to assess partner performance, provide feedback, and offer additional support as needed.
• Develop and deliver training materials, presentations, and resources to support partner development and growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address partner needs, resolve issues, and optimize processes.
• Monitor partner performance metrics and provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Act as a liaison between Wireless DNA and our Sub-Dealer Partner locations, ensuring effective communication and alignment of goals and expectations.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market changes, and product updates to provide relevant and timely support to partners.
• Foster a positive and collaborative working relationship with partners to promote loyalty and long-term success.
