Here's a quick list of the responsibilities:

·         Based in Kamloops

·         Perform retail sales

·         Using the customer data base, follow up on all leads so as to effectively capitalize potential sales

·         General customer service answering phones, assisting customers with water testing, sales of Water care Products and related services as and when needed

·         Continuously monitor industry standards, and competitor’s activities, to ensure the best possible service, and maintain a solid USP.

·         Participate in company training to ensure your skills and knowledge are at the forefront of the industry

·         Prepare and complete all required paperwork for customer sales, financing etc

·         Ordering and tracking of sales orders to ensure on time delivery to consumer.

·         Maintain cleanliness of showroom, washrooms, windows, to represent a highly professional image.

·         Assist with outside events as required

·         Order, Receive and count/adjust stock as required

·         Assist with basic administration as required Warranty registration, GC applications, financing, shipping, etc

·         Any other tasks, as required

Here’s a list of things you will bring to the job:

• 2-4 years of experience in similar role
  
• An understanding of sales processes and a track record of using them to succeed in closing sales
  
• A high degree of professionalism
  
• A clear understanding of how to best represent the company to the public
  
• A strong drive to operate self-sufficiently
