Key Responsibilities:
- Client Education: Provide potential clients with clear and informative details about life insurance options and how they can protect their loved ones.
- Needs Assessment: Conduct in-depth needs assessments to determine the appropriate coverage based on clients' life stages, financial goals, and specific circumstances.
- Sales & Relationship Building: Generate new leads, manage client relationships, and work towards meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Ongoing Support: Provide continuous support to clients throughout the insurance process, from policy selection to renewal.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with a dedicated team of mentors and experienced agents to enhance your knowledge and improve your skills.
