Lead demand forecasting and finished goods capacity planning using historical data and trend analysis
Align forecast demand with supply and place purchase orders accordingly
Minimize backorders and plan product life cycles (launches/discontinuations)
Monitor inventory performance (back-orders, overstocks, slow movers) and suggest corrective actions
Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Operations
Track supply chain activities (order placement, transport, QC release, etc.)
Utilize ERP systems and Power BI tools for planning and reporting
Monitor KPIs: forecast error %, forecast bias, IBP compliance
Adapt planning based on production delays or technical constraints
Ensure compliance with internal procedures and uphold confidentiality of sensitive data
2–3 years of experience in logistics or distribution, including 1+ year as a Demand Planner
Solid understanding of the S&OP process
Experience working in a manufacturing environment (medical device or retail preferred)
Strong analytical and communication skills
Experience with ERP systems and data analysis tools
Ability to influence stakeholders and lead cross-functional planning initiatives
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and balancing strategy with operational execution
Fluent in English; French is a strong asset
University degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field
Experience in medium-sized start-ups or entrepreneurial environments
Knowledge of medical device supply chain or commercial processes
Familiarity with Lean and Agile tools
