Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated ERP Training Coordinator to support the ERP Workstream of the US Utility Integration Project. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless delivery of training by managing logistics, scheduling, and Learning Management Systems (LMS). You will play a key role in maintaining training records, coordinating with various teams, and supporting the measurement of training effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Training Support: Assist the Training Lead in creating management reports to evaluate training effectiveness.
  • Scheduling & Coordination: Collaborate with Learning Advisors and Instructional Designers to schedule courses and manage them within the LMS.
  • Logistics Management: Oversee training logistics, including booking classrooms, ensuring computer and audiovisual access, coordinating catering services, and tracking attendance.
  • LMS Management: Coordinate the uploading of course curricula to the LMS, manage rosters, and facilitate course evaluations.
  • Communication & Liaison: Draft and distribute learner communications, register learners, and liaise with Business ERP Team Training Coordinators and site coordinators.
  • Onsite/Virtual Support: Partner with Instructional Designers, Trainers, and Business ERP Training Coordinators to provide support during training sessions.
  • Performance Support: Work with Instructional Designers and Trainers to support post Go-live performance tools and initiatives.
  • Metrics Development: Collaborate with Training and OCM Leads to develop tools and templates for tracking delivery metrics.

Skills and Qualifications:

Required:

  • Strong knowledge of training standards and terminology.
  • Experience in training logistics, including working with external providers and scheduling virtual sessions.
  • Proficiency in Workday LMS for managing online curricula.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders.
  • Willingness to work overtime during training delivery windows.
  • Advanced skills in Excel and other Microsoft Suite applications (Teams, CoPilot, Outlook, Project, etc.).
  • Client support mindset.

Preferred:

  • Certificate in Adult Learning or Education.
  • Previous experience with LMS, preferably Workday LMS.
  • Experience with Power BI, MS Project, and SharePoint Online.
